Did you know Hersheypark is a 4 season park? Not only can you enjoy the fun of spring and summer, but there is also something sweet to see and do in the fall and winter too! My family and I went to our first ever Hersheypark in the Dark experience and it was full of silly & spooky fun!
Don’t miss this family fun, seasonal event! You can ride your favorites rides, trick or treat, explore night time at ZooAmerica® North American Wildlife Park, so much more! If you have never been to Hersheypark in the Dark, or are considering going, I wanted to share our favorite parts of the weekend with you!
Trick-or-Treat
Get your little ghosts and goblins dressed up in their costumes and have a blast trick-or-treating at the sweetest place on earth! Children under 12 receive a bag and hand stamp and can trick-or-treat at 13 stops. You can find 3 inside Chocolate World, 9 inside Hersheypark, and 1 inside Zoo America. My kids loved the trick-or-treat trial inside the park! It was so neatly decorated, and the staff was super friendly. Plus, Hershey candy is the best candy right?
Hershey’s Character Glow Dance Party
My kids love to dance! We had to go to the character dance party. We loved seeing the Hersheypark characters dressed up and getting down. They played a ton of fun Halloween dance songs. We danced alongside characters for a good 20 minutes 🙂 You can find the character dance party located in the Midway America area next to Dispatch™ Pizzeria on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Tip: Bring your own glow sticks to add to the party atmosphere!
Sweet Treats
It wouldn’t be a trip to Hershey PA without the most delicious treats! Fall has inspired many delicious sweets available inside Chocolate World and Hersheypark! Beware of the Reese’s Pieces Peanut Butter Pumpkin, it will cast a spell on you!
Creatures Of The Night
Bring your flashlight for a nighttime tour of Creatures Of The Night® attraction at ZooAmerica – all included in your ticket! My kids love animals, so we had to go on a spooky night tour. It was really neat to see the nocturnal animals, as well as the reptiles. We even got to get hands on with a few! This was a highlight of the weekend for sure.
