Monster Jam Triple Threat~An Action Packed Show!

Monster Jam Triple Threat delivers an afternoon of action packed fun. It’s loud, it’s intense, and my kids loved every moment of the show!

If you are not familiar with Monster Jam, it is an unexpected, unscripted and unforgettable event. Monster Jam^® Triple Threat Series takes center stage in the world’s most iconic venues like Capital One Arena, formerly known as Verizon Center, sporting meticulously manicured dirt tracks created with the sole purpose of pushing these perfectly engineered, larger-than-life trucks to the limit. Featuring the eight most intense athletes of Monster Jam, Washington, D.C. fans got to see a fierce battle for the championship with each competitor using customized high-powered vehicles: Monster JamSpeedsters, Monster Jam ATVs, and the famous Monster Jam trucks. We got to see the following trucks-

Wonder Woman
Grave Digger
Blue Thunder
Max D
El Toro Loco
Zombie
Monster Mutt Rottweiler
Megalodon

Seeing these up close and personal in the arena was quite intimidating. My oldest said these are much bigger than I thought they would be! It was really cool to see the Monster Trucks and get a look at each of the truck drivers during the show. It is a point based competition where the drivers are judged each round. They do everything from donuts to jumps to wheelies! My son was jumping off of his seat many times throughout the show! It is not just the big trucks that compete, but each driver also has a version of their Monster Truck in Speedster and ATV form. I loved the ATVs! These looked like so much fun to race around! It certainty takes a lot of practice and talent to get behind the wheel and deliver such a great show! My daughters were really excited to see the new Wonder Woman truck and female Driver, Collette! She totally rocked her sessions!

Monster Jam Triple Threat is a high energy, thriller-of-a-show and you should definitely see it when it comes to your city! A final tip for the parents: headphones are available for purchase, and you can also bring your own inside. I highly recommend this, especially if you are sitting up close!
