Seeing Santa is a timeless Christmas tradition. My heart melts each time I see the look of awe and wonder on my childs face as she sets eyes on the big man in red. There is something so special and nostalgic about Santa visits. I love this time of year when I get to relive fond childhood memories and create new ones with children of my own. Our favorite place to see Santa is at HGTVs Santa HQ, inside of Tysons Corner Center. It is one magical, interactive Santa visit. I think you are your family will love it!
Roasted Veggie Tofu Bowl
I love a good, protein filled meal. One of my favorite things to eat right now are bowls. I love burrito bowls, smoothie bowls, taco bowls, and even tofu bowls. I recently made a yummy Roasted Veggie Tofu Bowl and it was amazing! I have the recipe to share with you.

Try Something New with Green Eggs and Ham!
Would you, could you, try something new? We had a watch party and enjoyed the delicious and cute themed kids meals from Subway. Have you seen Netflix’s new, Ellen DeGeneres-produced Green Eggs and Ham (GEAH) Original Series? It is so cute and a ton of fun to watch as a family. To celebrate the Dr. Seuss classic, Subway is offering their Fresh Fit for Kids meal featuring delicious Shamrock Farms® milk, branded with your favorite GEAH characters through the end of the year. My daughter was excited to see these characters on the milk and box!
