My favorite fall drink is a nice hot apple cider stirred with a cinnamon stick.
I usually at least 1-2 cups of tea a day. In the fall, I really enjoy trying out new types and flavors of tea. Also, in the fall I tend to make my tea more of a “tea latte” by adding more soymilk than I usually do– plus the usual honey. It’s great on a chilly day!

I most enjoy the regular nonfat lattes at Starbucks year round. I don’t care for the drinks with syrups in them because they are too sweet and I want the flavor of the delicious espresso in my latte.
