Skye’s Flight Goggles & Badge Craft
Ready, set, fly! Soar to new heights with a little imagination and some felt 🙂 This is an easy craft you can make with little ones in under 30 minutes. It is the perfect movie night craft when you watch the latest from Paw Patrol….PAW PATROL: JET TO THE RESCUE! Get ready to fly!
Supplies:
- Felt in shades of pink, gray & brown
- Headband
- Glue Gun & Hot Glue
- Scissors
- Safety pin
- Cardstock
Skye’s Flight Goggle Directions:
- Trace the shape outline on the felt. You will need the following shapes:
- (2) 3” pink circles
- (2) 2½” pink circles
- (2) 1” gray circles
- (2) 6” pink rectangular strips
- (2) 6”dog ears
- Cut your felt shapes
- Assemble the goggles before gluing
- Layer circles biggest to smallest, add ears and pink strips to the sides
- Once set, glue each piece of felt together
- Glue the goggles and ear pieces to the headband
Skye’s Badge Directions:
- Trace the shape outline on the felt. You will need the following shapes:
- (1) 4” gray badge
- (1) 3” pink badge
- (1) 2 ½ “gray wing
- (3) 1” gray propellers
- (1) ¾ “pink circle
- (1) ½” grey circle
- Cut felt shapes and assemble the badge before gluing
- Layer badge biggest to smallest, then add wings and propellers
- Once set, glue each piece of felt together
- Glue the badge piece to cardstock and add a velcro or safety pin to the back
