This year’s 2016 Mom’s Meet WOW Summit at the National Harbor was a wonderful conference! I was thrilled to get to learn more about amazing brands and products! Moms Meet is a place where moms come together to talk about the latest on raising healthy families and living green. That’s what this conference was all about! With incredible brands like Solar, National Geographic Kids, Tasty Bite, Mary’s Gone Crackers, and many more, I felt well informed and got to take back so much knowledge to my family and friends. The WOW Summit exists to inspire moms to raise happy and healthy families!
1.The Speakers! The main sessions and speakers were all great. I really enjoyed hearing from Dr. Drew Ramsey, M.D. He is an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at Columbia University, nutritional expert, and successful author. Dr. Drew Ramsey is utilizing the latest brain science and nutritional research to lead the charge in recognizing the power of diet in improving mental health. Known as America’s food doctor, Ramsey is the author of The Happiness Diet, 50 Shades of Kale, and Eat Complete: The 21 Nutrients That Fuel Brainpower, Boost Weight Loss, and Transform Your Health. He had a wealth of knowledge to cram into his small session, but I loved every second of it. I was jotting down notes and taking pictures of each slide the whole time. He was one of several speakers who left me truly inspired!
2.The Blogger Workshops! Blogging Concentrated is a global training and development company for advanced level bloggers. I love Dan & Rachel from Blogging Concentrated. This dynamic duo offer wonderful insight behind the blogosphere curtains! Their presentations had so much value to me as a blogger, I wish I could have attended a full day’s worth of their workshops.
3.The Exhibit Hall! This is where I tested products, took home generous samples, and learned more about each brand. As a blogger, it was the perfect time to share a little bit about me and my site and get a feel if a partnership would be a good idea. Networking and sampling, it was very beneficial to do both!
I had a fabulous time at the WOW Summit, and I can’t wait to go again next year!
I was provided admission to this conference in exchange for my promotion. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.
