It’s Trek-tember for only a few more days, but this fun recipe last all year long! To celebrate the Home Entertainment of Star Trek: Prodigy: Season 1, Episodes 11-20, I’m excited to share this fun and festive recipe inspired by the well known Star Trek symbol for Live Long and Prosper – the Vulcan Salute!Check out this fun recipe for some tasty Vulcan salute sandwiches inspired by Star Trek: Prodigy: Season 1, Episodes 11-20, which is now available on DVD! Ingredients
- 8 slices of thick white bread
- 4 tbsp butter
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
Directions
• Using a knife and kitchen shears, cut out the shape of a hand, creating the iconic Vulcan symbol. You can use a toothpick to help outline the shape and indent on the bread where to cut.
• Once you have the outline cut, use kitchen shears to shape the hand and create theVulcan salute.
• Butter each slice of your Vulcan bread.
• Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of the bottom slice and cover with the top slice.
• Cook over medium heat for 2 -3 minutes. Flipand cook until golden brown.
• All Klingons will enjoy these cheesy Vulcan Salutes!
