Rubble on the Double Snack Mix - Mom the Magnificent

My kids and I adore the loveable Rubble from Paw Patrol! To celebrate the new release of Rubble on the Double, we made a tasty snack mix inspired by one of our favorite pups! This snack mix includes crunchy and chocolatey construction pieces and chocolate covered boulders. The best kind of rubble there is! Plus, it comes served in a construction cone. Check it out!

Rubble on the Double

Get ready to raise the “woof” with Rubble and the rest of the pups in the all-new DVD release, PAW Patrol: Rubble on the Double. Available on January 19, 2021, and featuring nine construction-themed episodes from Nickelodeon’s hit preschool series PAW Patrol (produced by Spin Master Entertainment), the DVD will shine a spotlight on fan-favorite pup Rubble and will even include a flashback of how he became a member of the PAW Patrol. Fans can join the pups for adventures filled with tons of digging, building and fixing, as the PAW Patrol work together to save animals, superheroes, a rock-and-roll show and more. PAW Patrol: Rubble on the Double will be available on DVD from Paramount Home Entertainment and Nickelodeon Home Entertainment on January 19, 2021.

Rubble’s Snack Mix

Ingredients:

4 cups of crispy rice cereal squares
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 cups of popcorn
½ cup of crushed pretzels
½ cup of crushed chocolate cookies
¼ cup of yellow chocolate candies
Any other chocolate candy toppings you like

Directions:

Measure out crispy rice cereal squares and set aside

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave on high for 1 minute

Pour melted chocolate over crispy rice cereal and mix

Add in the confectioners’ sugar over the chocolate rice cereal and mix until fully coated

Add all other remaining ingredients and toss together to create your Rubble Mix

Paper Construction Cones:

Take yellow construction paper and cut it in half diagonally to make a triangle

Fold one corner towards the middle and continuing rolling until you have a cone shape

Tape the inside of the cone and the bottom to secure the shape

Add black lines with markers or craft tape to create the caution stripes

Fill with snack mix and enjoy!
