Family fun to the fullest is what Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg has in store for you and your family. We have visited many places this summer, and if you were to ask my kids what has been their favorite summer memory, they would certainly say Great Wolf Lodge! If you have been before, then you know how family focused and kid oriented this story really is. If you haven’t gone, I wanted to share with you a few of our favorite ways to enjoy the resort!

One of the biggest perks of staying at the Great Wolf Lodge is their incredible indoor water park! There are slides and areas for everyone in your family. The little ones can splash and play in the Whooping Hollow area, teens can enjoy basketball over at Chinook Cove, and the whole family can find a fun water slide that fits their thrill level! There are also plenty of relaxing lounge chairs, and there is even an adults only hot tub! My kids can spend the entire day right here… swimming, sliding, and splashing!
MagiQuest is an interactive game like no other! Located right in the lodge, you’ll choose a special magic wand, top it with extra powers, and set off on a quest. This game is a great way to take a break from the heat or water area. It is all over the lodge and provides a neat experience for parents and kids. We loved exploring and fighting battles, collecting treasures, and seeing the powers our wands had! This game is wonderful because you can play for a few minutes or all day! Keep your wand to play when you return to this location or any other MagiQuest location.
Does your kid like to climb the walls? At Great Wolf Lodge they can sign up for the Howlers Peak ropes course where they can balance on ropes, cross bridges and climb through obstacles, all from the safety of a climbing harness! My son loved this so much, he didn’t want to come back down. The zip line part was of course his highlight of the climb.
Tons of indoor fun like bowling, arcade games, a 4-D theater are also options for entertainment. I love that with kids of all ages and stages, there is something fun for everyone at Great Wolf Lodge. The 4-D theater has a few different videos to choose from and my kids found it to be quite thrilling. We enjoyed a game of family bowling followed by an hour of arcade games.
Character appearances and kid activities are also a big part of the experience as well. You can find a list of daily activities at the check in desk. They range from yoga, story time, the Great Clock Tower Show, crafts, and more!
There is so much to do, it is impossible to enjoy it all in one overnight visit. There is always something to come back and enjoy again! One of the best ways to make the most of your trip and get the best value is to purchase an activity pass. They have a few different options to choose from: a Wolf Pass, Paw Pass, and a Pup Pass.
