If you have the chance to attend a MOABS Event, then make sure you go! I recently had the chance to attend this luxe event when it came to the Washington D.C. area and I had a great time!
What is the MOABS?
The Mother of All Baby Showers is a night where influential expectant parents, new parents and experienced parents can connect with baby and parenting companies. In addition to hearing the latest and must have baby products, there are great speakers and informative sessions.
Who can attend?
Moms in the media, new and experienced parents, and expecting parents.
What does the evening consist of?
We were welcomed with an amazing goodie bag filled with great products. The night started with a delicious meal, drinks, and hors d’oeuvres. We then had the privilege of hearing from Maria Bailey, co-founder of Mother Nurture and Host of Mom Talk Radio. It was great to hear form a fellow mom in business, as well as receiving inspiration to be present in the moment whatever you are doing. Maria knows moms! In addition to Maria, we also heard about baby decor trends, car seat safety, and photography tips.
It was not just a sit in your seat event. You were encouraged to engage with the brands and products there. We met with brands like Diono, Baby K’tan, and Babies R Us. It was great to hear from brands directly and ask any questions you may have about their products.
Of course, one of the highlights is the amazing giveaways! From gift cards to strollers to cribs, there were so many wonderful giveaways and many moms went home with amazing prizes! There was no shortage of swag.
