Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Enchantment is such a fun-filled, magical show! My family and I attended opening night, and it was incredible! Not only did we see some of our favorite Disney characters, but the talent and production of the show was fantastic! It made for a perfect family fun day.
As always the show opens up with everyone’s favorite couple, Mickey & Minnie Mouse! They are ready to go on an adventure and the whole audience is invited! Our first adventure beings in Andy’s room as he is packing up for collage. I have never seen Andy on ice before, so this was a new and totally cool part of the show for us. The Toy Story 3 gang all come to life on the ice while trying to escape Sunnyside Daycare! I absolutely loved seeing Ken and Barbie on ice, and Ken doing all of his outrageous outfit changes! My son was mesmerized by the Green Army Men, who did more than 1 high energy sequence.
Then it was time to go under the sea with The Little Mermaid! My girls have always loved Ariel, so this was their favorite part of the show! The whole movie is recaped on ice, you even get to see Ursula in all her evil glory!
The second act opens with a thrilling, high-speed adventure as Lightning McQueen and the crew of Disney•Pixar’s Cars raced across the ice. Yes, the Cars crew was on ice and it was epic! My kids loved seeing Mater and Sally driving on the ice!
Last, but definitely not least, we headed to the wintry world of Arendelle with sisters Anna and Elsa and pals Olaf and Kristoff from Disney’s Frozen! I always love hearing the audience sing along to this one 🙂
