You enter the theme park and there are literally rides around every corner. You do not have to go more than a few steps to find a ride you are sure to enjoy. I had to convince my kids that if we kept walking there would be more rides than the three they already did twice! The nice thing about so many rides was that none of the lines ever felt that long. Even though there were a lot of visitors that day, it never felt crowded or overwhelming. I appreciate the mix of rides such as family or smaller child rides in close proximity to the coasters. It is all intermingled. Hershypark is woven together with a perfect blend of thrill rides and family rides! Our favorites were the new Triple Tower and the classic Kissing Tower. Both a must!
Unique experiences and treats! There is certainly no chocolate shortage here. In addition to your favorite theme park staples, you can get Hershey treats like S’Mores right in the park, which are totally amazing! You will find Hershey infused treats like dipped cones, milkshakes, cookies and more all throughout the park. I absolutely loved the new BBLz drink station. It is a cool mixology bar that incorporates an old soda shop feel. I got a Whip Scream Sundae drink and you can see just how cool it is below!
Hershypark delivers on the entertainment side, too! They have a full lineup of fun, energetic shows. We loved the Dance Dance Dance and the Our Friends From The Sea shows! Be sure to check the show schedule the day you arrive. These are perfect for taking a break from the heat while still having a great time.
My kids would tell you their favorite part was the Character experiences. We waited in a certain area for the Hershey Character Party and it was so worth it. A full band and the characters come marching down the street, stopping for a full on dance party. My kids were so happy to dance, sing along and of course snag a few pics 🙂 This was totally their Hershypark happy moment!
