We all know that with the holidays comes along the pre-cleaning prep followed by the after holiday house reset! I wish I could just press a magic button and watch my house transform to the way it was… skipping the dusting, moving furniture, Christmas light roll up, and the messiest job of all, the tree removal! Thankfully, my new bff arrived just in time!
Cue the Shark® Rocket® Powerhead vacuum. This vacuum did such a fantastic job! It was great to grab and do a quick and easy, but thorough vaccumm before guests arrived, before we left on vacation, and when it was time to take down the tree. The weight truly is over, the Shark® Rocket® Powerhead vacuum is so light; a cinch to carry up the stairs or from room to room. It made the hassle of lugging up the old vacuum cleaner obsolete! It weighs only 9 lbs by itself (not including the cord), and feels like just 1 lb in your hand when vacuuming. It’s remarkably easy to maneuver! Even my 9 year old can carry it back down the stairs for me.
The power is still all there. Shark moved all the cleaning components into the head of the vacuum, which shortens the suction path to the dust cup by as much as 80%! All the vacuum’s weight is where it counts most—on the floor, not in your hand. You get the same cleaning power of a heavy-duty upright in an amazingly lightweight, streamlined vacuum! I loved the 2 settings of high and low, depending on what you need to clean up. The high setting works wonders. My floor was a noticeably lighter color…talk about deep clean!
The Shark® Rocket® Powerhead comes with two brushes for optimal cleaning. The All Surface Brushroll goes from carpets to hard floors with ease and delivers outstanding everyday cleaning. When cleaning just hard floors, use the easily interchangeable Gentle Touch Hard Floor brushroll. It’s gentle, yet provides deep floor engagement when combined with Shark’s intense suction. The Shark® Rocket® Powerhead will change how you clean all your bare floors. Emptying the canister is very easy. You simply step on the dust cup release pedal at the bottom of the wand and the dust cup presents itself. The indicator light on the vacuum signals when it is time to empty the canister.
What did I tell you? This truly is a mom’s bff! It cleans floors in a hurry with the same power but without the hassle of a heavy weight vacuum.
