3. Use essential oils– I love using lavender and chamomile on my kids. It works wonders. When my kids were little I would give them massages while singing lullabies. It really does relax their little muscle.

4. Encourage your baby to fall asleep on her own- Put your baby down when drowsy but still awake. When your baby wakes up, give her a few minutes to settle back to sleep.
