Huggies® has inspired me to write my own letter to my kids. Here it goes…

Dear Emily, Ashton, and Oliva-

You are my heartbeat, my meaning in life, my joy. I am so incredibly honored to wear the badge of motherhood. I think about the challenges we as moms face, the sleepless nights, the luke warm dinners, the worry in our hearts. None of that compares to the high I feel when I see you soar. When I watch your recital, when you hand me a homemade card, or when you insist on giving me 8 hugs before I walk out the door… I want you to know it is worth every second of my own small sacrifices. To watch you grow and hold your hands, to see you smile, to wipe your tears… I would do this crazy journey all over again in a heartbeat! I will always be here for you. Through this crazy beautiful life I will always be one you can count on and rely on. I will be here to hold you up and push you through. I want you to know you are loved. So deeply. I want you to know you are cherished. I will forever wear the badge of your mother oh so proudly. I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, as long I’m living, my babies you’ll be.
