I like to take a long bath, for “me” time.
For “me” time I like to lay in my bed and read a good book!
I like to run in my free time
A good netflix marathon and quality coffee!
I like to get away and go to lunch or relax at home reading a book.
Basically, take a nap. But there is also read when it isn’t the semester, or have some chocolate.
My “me” time is usually spent reading or catching up on Netflix shows.

Just RELAX. I’m always tensed up so anything I can find that allows me to relax that “me” day is fine by me!
