Disney On Ice presents Dare To Dream is here in the DC area! My family and I had the pleasure of attending opening night, and it was quite the magical show! During the show you will discover why no dream is too big when we find the strength to shape our own destiny!
Along with Mickey & Minnie, we see a few of the brave princess stories, who show they had courage to pursue their own dreams. I love the message behind the show, which inspires kids to go after their dreams, chase them, be brave, and the outcome will not disappoint!
In her Disney On Ice debut, you will see just how far Moana will go when she embarks on an action-packed voyage with mighty demigod Maui in a quest to save her island, become a wayfinder, and find her own identity. This was our favorite part of the whole show! To see Moana skate across the ice and hear the audience all sing along was pure magic. Maui’s “You’re Welcome” number was also a big hit. We loved seeing Moana and Maui on ice. We also got to see how Anna’s devotion to her estranged sister Elsa sets her on a perilous journey to mend their bond and stop an eternal winter. Anna is pretty brave to face that big storm and go after her sister! Another great part of the show was seeing Rapunzel break out of her tower and team up with an unlikely companion, Flynn Rider. We sure love this duo! Rapunzel had to go to great lengths to realize her dream. There is a part of the show where Rapunzel and Flynn do an amazing routine with the lanterns and her hair… my girls were mesmerized! Imagine the amount of courage it took for Belle and the castle staff to face and look beyond the Beast’s rough exterior. Be Our Guest was so much fun to sing and clap along to! Of course, we saw Cinderella and how determined she was to make the wish in her heart come true! Disney On Ice presents Dare to Dream will surely inspire your little ones to Dream Big!
