Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic {Review}

Calling all Disney fans! Want to see a magical show full of all of your favorite Disney Characters? Then you need to check out Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic, presented by Stonyfield! Last night we were transported into many of our favorite stories by the mouster of ceremonies himself, Mickey Mouse!

Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic, produced by Feld Entertainment, puts on a dazzling show complete with moving stage props, spectacular costumes and much more! The show opens with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy, and they soon introduce a few familiar friends. My kids loved being able to hear their favorite songs and see the movies come to life right in front of them. It was hard not to stare at their faces the whole time. Seeing it through a child’s eyes makes it even more magical.

Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic is suitable for all ages. I have a 3, 9, and 11 year old who all really enjoyed the show. This Disney On Ice show featured story recaps of Pinocchio, Aladdin, The Lion King, Mulan, Toy Story, Beauty and the Beast, and  Frozen! My 9 year olds son was impressed by the skating but really loved the marching toy soldiers and of course my girls were over the moon to see Anna, Elsa, and Olaf! There are some loud noises as the spark effects go off, as well as quick black outs in order to change scenes. The show runs for about 2 hrs and 15 minutes with a 15 minute intermission. Long enough to tell multiple stories, but not too long to get bored. My kids were entertained from start to finish. The show is geared towards families and the magic of Disney, and let me tell you, they do not disappoint!

I can really appreciate the amount of work and talent that goes into these productions. The skaters are incredibly talented and did a fantastic job portraying these beloved characters. Kids and parents are sure to enjoy this magic ride through 100 Years of Magic!
